What Makes Lisa’s Recruiting Different?

As a HR professional I only recruit for my existing clients. Evaluate

We first conduct an assessment of the position we are hiring for. Detailed Job Summary is designed, compensation determined, recruitment platforms set up, and time schedule.

Engage

Together we review the recruitment process and ensure we are meeting your requirements.  

Enhance

Before presenting any candidates, we fully vet resumes, hold in depth phone interviews and arrange face-face interviews. Together we conduct face-face interviews using Behavioural interview guides and rating sheets of core competencies. Once the candidates have been short-listed, we complete security and reference checks.

Evolve

Post hire services include:

  • In- person handbook review and offer letter sign-off
  • Support with orientation
  • Informal one-month check-in
  • Formal three-month review with both the Leader and team member
