Committed to growth, my career history spans 30 years and several self-reinventions. At times, I felt resistance to alternating strategies but moved forward because of personal determination. Encouraged by inspiration, my humanity-centric approach to engaging with colleagues continued to open new dialogue with senior leaders. I believe in listening to people and finding inspiration in their needs.
I lead clients beyond their comfort zone, through obstacles and fear of failure into new possibilities. Together we will discover which problems can immediately be resolved and where opportunities lie.
While roles as Senior Leaders and Consultant to Business Unit Vice Presidents at TELUS guided my career paths, it was my strengths in Human Resources and Leadership Development which is the foundation on which my experience and reputation as an inspiring and optimistic Consultant has been built.
